Explore Asian is a certified gluten-free, organic, vegan, high in iron and protein, and low in carbs and sodium, pasta. All the buzzwords that you look for in food, Explore Asian has. It’s even Kosher. I discovered them at the Green Festival in New York where they were giving out samples and liked it so much I went out and bought some. I especially like the Adzuki Bean and Black Bean. It’s 92% bean and the rest is water. You don’t even have to cook it, you can soak it overnight in water, if you prefer. I like my pasta al dente and Explore Asian keeps that al dente feel no matter how long you cook it.
