What Could You Do With A Ceramic Knife?

Ceramic is a great, healthy choice in the kitchen. It keeps food color and flavor, will not taint food with a metallic taste, lead-free, non-toxic, anti-bacterial, and never rusts.
Tiffany Paige of Green With Tiffany has Chef George show us GoJassn Advanced Ceramic Knives at the Green Festival in Los Angeles. It’s very sharp, lasts longer, slices & dices with ease. Even I could do it. 🙂

It’s unclear if GoJassn is still in the US market, but one thing’s for sure, ceramic is an excellent choice.
